INGREDIENTS:
- sugar – 3/4 cup
- brown sugar – 3/4 cup
- butter – 1 cup
- vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
- 1 egg
- flour – 2.5 cups
- baking soda – 1 teaspoon
- salt – 1/2 teaspoon
- chocolate chips – 2 cups (12 oz package)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix sugars, butter, egg and vanilla in a large bowl.
- Stir in flour, baking soda and salt.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Cover baking pan in parchment paper.
- Drop rounded teaspoons of dough 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
