INGREDIENTS:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- light soy sauce – 1/3 cup
- honey – 1/3 cup
- ketchup – 1/4 cup
- sesame oil – 1/2 teaspoon
- dried oregano – 1/2 teaspoon
- toasted sesame seeds – 1/2 tablespoon (optional garnish)
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Arrange chicken thighs in an oven-safe pan. (Preferably glass, just big enough for the chicken.)
- In a mixing bowl combine ingredients and whisk until thoroughly combined.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken thighs.
- Tightly cover pan with tin foil and bake for 35-40 minutes.
SLOW COOKER INSTRUCTIONS:
- Arrange chicken thighs in slow cooker.
- In a mixing bowl combine ingredients and whisk until thoroughly combined.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken thighs.
- Cook on LOW for 6 hours.
